1. About These Terms

By using this website or engaging AeroWave Cleaning, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or our services.

2. Quotes and Bookings

Quotes are provided based on the information you supply. Final pricing may be adjusted after a site assessment. Bookings are confirmed in writing once scope, schedule, and pricing are agreed.

3. Access and Site Conditions

You are responsible for safe site access, working utilities, and disclosure of any sensitive areas, hazards, or restricted equipment. AeroWave reserves the right to decline or postpone work if conditions are unsafe.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling within 24 hours of a booked clean may incur a fee to cover allocated team time. Recurring schedules can be paused with reasonable notice.

5. Payment Terms

Invoices are issued per the agreed schedule and payable within the terms stated on the invoice. Late payments may attract reasonable recovery fees.

6. Quality and Issues

If something hasn't been cleaned to standard, contact us within 24 hours of the clean and we will return to address it where reasonable to do so.

7. Liability

AeroWave Cleaning carries public liability insurance for its work. Our liability for any loss or damage is limited to the cost of the service provided, except where Australian Consumer Law provides otherwise.

8. Website Use

Content on this site is for informational purposes. Imagery and copy are owned by AeroWave Cleaning unless otherwise credited and may not be reused without written permission.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
